Welcome to the Website of the Bedford Lions CLub, one of over 46,000 such clubs which form Lions Clubs International, the largest service club organisation in the world. There are over 1.3 million members serving their communities in over 205 countries worldwide. We are a charity organisation (Registered Charity No.282588) and our Lions Club is made up of both female and male members from a wide range of backgrounds.

The Bedford Lions Club is always on the look out for people who enjoy having fun whilst at the same time find great pleasure in helping others less fortunate than themselves.

The prime objective of the members of the Lions Club is to help people in Bedford and the surrounding area who are less fortunate than themselves. Also some of our funds are also used for international projects. 

​

As a member you become aware of the needs of your local community and beyond. Being a Lion allows you to help others in a way that no one person could do on their own. Alone we can do so little but together we can do so much. Every day Lions are having fun by organising remarkable and memorable fundraising activities – with every penny raised going direct to good causes. All Lions Clubs administrative costs are covered by the modest annual subscription paid by individual members.

The club meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month Find us at the The Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre, 155 Barkers Lane Bedford MK41 9RX, meetings start at 8 pm sharp, so either come along and pay us a visit, or to find out how you can join in with the fun and service just give us a call on 07935 576600
